• Xenova: Leadership development programme for bio-tech company to enable it to integrate successfully with the virtual capital venture company that had recently acquired it and to meet its new performance requirements.
• Warwick University/ ODPM: Working as a Senior Associate to deliver a national programme of training and support to Local Authorities to prepare for implementation of the Housing Act 2004.
• Breckland District Council: Facilitating step changes in the performance of a Housing Service, leading preparation for an Audit Commission inspection and undertaking Best Value reviews.
