HANDLING CONFLICT EFFECTIVELY

Conflict drains energy from achieving goals, demoralises the people involved and those who work around them. It undermines the trust and openness needed to allow teams to work effectively.  

 

It is important to address the cause of the conflict and not just the symptoms. Conflict involves people’s values and beliefs, this can make it difficult for a manager to resolve.

 

This workshop helps managers identify the underlying causes that may be generating the conflict, raise awareness of how it is being sustained and offer strategies and support for resolving it.
